Calvin and his team at CS Heating and Plumbing have earned a justifiably excellent reputation in the east Kent area. As well as hearing from others only good things about CS, I have experienced at first hand the quality and reliability of service the company provides, with two jobs completed efficiently and professionally.

CS Heating’s use of technology to track jobs and engineer progress, contributes to their overall success in punctuality and keeping customers informed if a delay is likely. However one job undertaken for me coincided with a day of I.T. issues and the engineers were effectively working ‘blind’. What struck me was how professional they remained and how well they adapted, completing the work without fuss; a reflection on the quality of engineer employed and the level of training given.

I cannot recommend CS Heating and Plumbing highly enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We have used CS Heating extensively over the summer to address a number of issues from a blocked/leaking soil pipe in the bathroom, the complete reroute of our bathroom waste and replacement of the soil vent stack and the full relocation and replacement of our aged boiler for a lovely new, high efficiency condensing boiler.
