Ian and Liz of Not Just Travel have been so supportive in helping us book our cruise to Norway this year.
But their service didn't stop at the booking stage.
They were on gand for all manner of queries about the ship, wheelchair accessibility and our medical requirements. They also assisted when an email dropped 48 hours before we embarked stating tgat oxygen was not permitted on board (our daughter us oxygen dependant). In addition they checked in with us whilst we were on board and also on our last day to make sure the specialist Disembarkation was working.
