"Together, we'll design an intentional plan to build your greatest life!"
Kate's vision and hope for each client she comes into contact with is to listen to their needs, wants, goals & desires and help put that into an achievable plan she helps see through to the end. By getting to know each client personally, she and her team of specialists work to build short term & long term real estate plans to not only find a place to live but consider passive income and wealth-building strategies. With a calm, educational, and encouraging approach to working with clients, Kate is able to tap into her knowledge from her own relocations, and expert problem-solving skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client's real estate goals.
Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counselling everyone from buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients, and investors along the way. Being a landlord herself, Kate is able to help clients think strategically about how to leverage real estate as a long-term income goal. With over 14,000 Realtors in Austin to choose from, Kate is proud to be in the top 3%, a Platinum Top 50 Austin Finalist, a National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Recipient and a top producer at Realty Austin, the #1 Independent Real Estate office in Central Texas.
