A video call was set up to ensure the company understood my exact requirements and everything was set up as requested within a few days. Would recommend to others as John and his wife give that personal touch that you would not get with a large provider.

Tom came along to a request of 'I need a kitchen fitted in one of our new training rooms. Tom responded very quickly and came along to discuss options with me.
Within a couple of days, Tom sent me some illustrated plans of different kitchen designs that matched the size of the room and the needs of the business with costs attached.
Tom was booked in to do the work and throughout there was clear communication ensuring we both knew what was happening at all times.
When we needed to change and adapt plans Tom again dealt with this very efficiently sending over new illustrations asap.
On installation Tom worked extremely hard to ensure the kitchen was fitted with precision, ensuring any 'messy' work such as using his saw was done outside to alleviate dust in the building. Tom cleared up completely at the end of the job.
I can't recommend Tom enough, he worked really closely with myself and our electrician to ensure a smooth process. We have a fantastic kitchen which everyone comments on and it also helps that he does it all with a smile on his face.
