Neptune Property Partners are seeking run down properties suitable for refurbishment and flipping back onto the market. We are primarily interested in probate properties but are also open to talking with client's who may have unusual circumstances. We are able to propose unique and creative financing structures for deals and look to work with private investors using private finance where possible.

We are interested in properties that are currently valued at over £500,000.00 and we are happy to talk with client's who would be interested in potentially joint venyuring with us on a development scheme.
